We’re super excited to share our grassroots company, Surf Jerky, made right here on Kauai. Our jerky is created using all natural and organic ingredients with beef sourced from local, grass-fed farms. Our flavors are totally unique - think kalbi, kimchi, ogo, Hawaiian chili pepper, lemongrass chili, and kiawe - an elevated flavor found nowhere else.

You can grab our tasty jerky online or catch us at Kauai farmer's markets, and keep an eye out as we expand into stores across Hawaii and the West Coast.
